In order to get the ball rolling on your project, I'd need a little information from you. My original idea for this section was a survey form, but early work on a project isn't always perfectly organizable, so I thought an email from you might work better. Here's what I hope you can include:

What are we doing?

     Tell me what you can about your project and what you might like me to do.

Whose project is this?

     Is it just yours or are other teachers involved?

What's your timeline?

     ASAP? By next week? This month? Whenever?

What kind of work time are you thinking about initially?

     Here are some examples; feel free to cut, paste, and update.

• discussion through email is sufficient
• during my prep period (x:xx to x:xx)
• before or after school from x:xx to x:xx
• a prep period working together to get started and then Rice works alone after that
• a shared day where we work together in a prep period but then through the day as well (maybe Rice works on the project while you're in class, you work on the project while Rice is in class, and/or we're both working on the project in class, depending on your project)
• something else ...
• I honestly have no idea.
