The MathCounts National Competition in May is open to the top performers at the State competitions in March. The rules and format are identical; the problems are incredibly difficult. Top performers at the National Finals receive college scholarships and all kinds of other great stuff.

    Qualifying for Nationals is contingent on individual performance at the State competition.

   East Tipp Middle School has never qualified anyone for the MathCounts National Competition. If you do qualify, chances are that your mind is on bigger things than this little XMT competition. I'll give you a million points.
